3. Fees & payments

Service fees depend on plan and scope. Payments are due as per invoice terms. Third‑party software subscriptions are the client’s responsibility.

4. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver services.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the related service period, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice as per agreed terms. Outstanding invoices must be paid.

7. Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
